A picture is worth a thousand words...

Welcome to my website! You've likely heard the old adage, "a picture is worth a thousand words" but since this is a blog, and I enjoy writing, herewith you will find actual words, though to start with,  probably not a thousand! I will let my photography speak for itself but also want to use this space to talk about things that are important to me or that I encounter as I am out there photographing.
